Rumbo4- requesting pardon

A while back i got banned from requesting my money back from paypal from a user name "life dealer" something.. He had recovered the account twice or claimed it wasn't him and i just didn't feel my money was safe and the account would be recovered. Sadly my attempt on this by Paypal, which i was new too was denied and did not get my money back. I was also banned from sythe . The account was hacked a month later and never got it back. Typically i didn't do anything. I don't even play runescape anymore but i have $ sitting in my bank account i would like to throw, and old rs could definitely be an option. I am very serious had many vouches buying gold and buying/selling accounts, never had any problems, but got banned because I went with this guy with a $300 trade that i felt my money would be lost, which to my dismay was true. I don't have any information pertaining this event other than my inbox here on sythe or old thread, this must of happened a year ago. Please unban me, i am willing to be an active member of this community and to do safe trading. Many thanks. If this appeal gets denied i will do some old searching on my old gaming computer in all efforts to become unbanned.
