Recovering old account

So my account was hacked, and I haven't really played it in 4/5 years. I tried to recover with all first/original passwords and sent recovery email to the account log-in email, but had it declined numerous times. Each occasion they suggested they needed old membership details and transaction ID's but that Paypal account was closed many years ago so I have no way of tracking.

Any tips? The account is genuinely mine and it's surprising I can't get it back.

 

Yea man, cant really help, but I cant even get my own acc back. I guess whenever you change your pc or your Provider there is no chance to get it back, unless you really got all other informations, sadly

 

If you have first password + 2 others, creation month and date, original ISP you created the account from + the original email to have the request sent to.. you stand a decent chance at recovering it.

Unfortunately, if you've moved, etc.. it could be unrecoverable.. :\

Do you live at the same location or at least close by?

 

I think the big thing is the creation date, try your best to remember what it is or as close as you can get. Location is important too, if it was created on a certain provider from a certain place, it could be a problem if you've moved.

 

Just try to remember the login info.

 

Yep. Jagex says it themselves on their website - the most important things are creation date, ISP, first passwords, and using the creation email for your recovery attempt.

 

Do you still have access to the paypal email? Maybe there's an old payment email for membership on there.

Thanks for the replies guys, but the email keeps saying we need membership details which sucks. I literally have put in the first/second password ever. Weird.
