Ban evader - scammed again already

Been banned on Powerbot and here on other accounts.

Scammed me 10m in my thread, has since done trades with someone else and claims they scammed him, thus getting them banned. (When I believe he was the one who scammed, due to he scammed me a poxy 10m).

I didn't save him on Skype because I had better things to do but and didn't really feel like going out of my way to gather evidence for 10m, since then he's edited his threads changing his Skype address claiming I never had him on Skype in the first place? Thus I thought I'd make a post.

If what he is claiming is true then someone has been on his account and posted a different Skype (which is obviously just him making a new skype), that would record an IP/ISP change, which if you checked up on, is highly doubtful.

I'm 99% positive that he has other accounts here that have been banned for scamming.

He should be IP banned as he clearly keeps coming back.
