Veiled is a scammer!

Okay so ill tell you a story about the trade first. the trade was about buying his skiller. I was paying him and paypal said it had been sucesfully payed for but it hadn't been. What happened is i brought something else that day and it took it out of the money that i was sending veiled so therefore i had a negative balance. I also recieved a $15 dis-honest fee from my bank provider from that also. Now later that day i brough Riot Points for league of legends and what happened is it added the balance onto the $5 worth of riot points i purchased, so in total it was around $187 in total ($182.00, which was veiled's) he recieved his money sucessfully. Now also later that week it had been hacked back or "keylogged" and he recovered it for me and gave the account back to me. Now yesterday i tryed to log on to find that i couldn't someone had hacked it back properly because they even got the email registration changed, only someone with good information can do that..wonder who.
