My VPS fails to connect.

My VPS fails to connect.

    My VPS fails to connect.
    When I hit connect on the UVNC Viewer it just says failed to connect to the server and brings up the message box saying the same thing, I've been using for the past 2 weeks with no problems and now this is happening, anyone know what's going on?

    if you're VPS is still running you might need to reboot it.

    In which case, go to the online controll pannel and login. then reboot

    after that you're gonna need to connect through SSH (putty) and reinitiate the vnc server
    to do that connect to your vps through SSH and login as root then type vncserver

    My VPS fails to connect.
    it means your vnc on your vps has gone down.

    So you will need to login as root: in putty and run vncviewer from fresh so the programme is up.

    if this fails then do as the person above says :)

    Yea simply open up putty, login as root, type in 'vncserver' and it'll be all sweet. This happend to me this morning.
