should i stake with my acc?

Hey guys,

I have an account with the following stats:

65 HP

60 Attack
60 Strength
60 Defence

63 Ranged

58 Prayer

61 Magic

My membership ended so my only option is f2p duel arena.

I have all the best gear for f2p as well as a gravite 2h at my disposal.

I'm only going to melee stake - can you suggest some strategies for me to use?

I've found that using several prayers (rapid heal + steel skin + ultimate strength + incredible reflexes + protect from melee) at once has worked for me in the past but this is regarded as a cheap tactic and most people want to turn off prayer.

The above strategy usually works best when my opponent is wearing minimal armour - should I be no-arming with my stats or not?

I struggle to defeat rangers, they typically have 75-80 ranged, 65-75 def. Obviously I shouldn't no-arm these guys because they can dish out much more damage than I can, so how do I go about defeating them?
