Explanation of the trade: So the full trade was $120 for an OSRS account, we came to an agreement to do $60 for login details and then the other $60 for the rest of the information. He said the final $60 was pending so he refunded it back, I told him to just refund me the other $60 but he never did and blocked me on discord.
Amount scammed: $60 PayPal
How they scammed: blocked me on discord and never refunded me the $60
