PayPal - Limited Access - Noo!!

NoOo!! Today my PayPal account just got limited access, this all happened when...

I wanted to buy 2 mintcakes of this guy, I gifted him, but he was unsure whether it was a gift so he refund me so that I could take a screenshot.

But about 2 seconds after he refunded me, he told me in MSN, that his PayPal was suddenly limited, I was playing RS for about 3 more minutes, then I realised my PayPal was limited too!

This meant I cannot send or use my $30! :'( :'(

I was looking forward to 2 mint cakes and some RSGP...

And my PayPal account is not verified.

Can anyone help me?

NOTE: You get $2.50 (I know its not much) reward if I get my account without limited access back.

No one can help you with your own limitations. You need to complete the steps provided to unlimit your own account.

 

Is it asking to add a bank account and/or credit card? I came across a great thread to help verify your account with a credit card. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=638933

And I don't live in the US .

If a prepaid card works, then how can I get one? With my name on it and the same info?

You will get $7 reward to the person who actually get rid off the limited access in my account.

If anyone can get me a prepaid visa card that works on PayPal that has my name on it (I don't want to reveal my name in public), then I can pay in RuneScape account + $offer (if my account has no limited access anymore)

BUT, I also need a bank account? That would be almost impossible for me. :S

Paypal can limit an account whenever the fuck they want for no reason at all, it is stated in their terms of use. They probably put your account into 'Limited Access' because they suspected that you were buying/selling virtual items.
