F2P Strength Pure. What to do ?

70 Strength
59 HP

What should I do with it ?

I'm debating going range / 2h or F2P Rune Pure.

I'm afraid if I go rune pure in F2P no one will fight me. If go range 2h I will need to get like 80 range, in F2P which will be difficult.

Comments, concerns, ideas?

My range is one at the moment. Either way I am going to train range until 40. Which is what I am doing at the moment.

 

don't get defence. get high range

 

I doubt I'll get defense.

 

Get more HP or Str?

2H/Range pure is very common, so it's your choice.

 

Check and see if u can lvl up range with out lvling up a combat. U should be able to now.

So i suggest you soul wars range up to match with your strength and pk with that. So u prevent getting higher combat level of what you should be, because you range extra hp experience.


I also have a f2p pure. Although i don't like to play range 2her i still soul wars range because for one, i don't raise any combat level. And i get access to vambraces. Although it gives little bonuses. it better than nothing.

I would raise range up just because u don't gain any combat level. And mage up also so u can tele block. Don't just stick with straight up strength pure because u don't know when u are going to need to hybrid some one.


Plus it fun to play range or mage once in a while. U lose nothing for leveling those skills up. But you can gain so much access to different pking style and have a higher advantage over most Single combat style pure. Everybody should know by now that Range 2her, if equal, will most likely beat a strength pure if both pkers are equal in skills and stats . Simply because range is deadly against 1 defence pures and with 2hers as a ko weapon u are most likely to get a kill. Having mage give u the advantage of Tele Blocking and do constant damage to defence pures. U can also have 2her as a ko weapon but it is difficult to use against defence pures. And plus, u wont have to be bothered by annoying combat protection prayers. If some one pray mage, go range or melee. Etc for the others.

I'd say you get around 60-70 range, just to match your strength, it'll also get your hitpoints quite high which Is a bonus.
Make sure you have enough money to buy supplies for ranging.

 

That does sound like a good idea, and I can get 73 ranged and mage levels before I level combat at all. So yeah I would beast at 2h, or so I believe.

 

You dont really have to get your range high. If you get it to around 50 people will notice its low for your level. You could lie and say you have defence but arent pking with armour because nobody would want to fight. Then they'll assume your str is low because they think you have defence and you could pull out the 2h for the k0.

 

get your range up. just melee'ing will bore you. i have a pure.. cmb 55, 83 str/soon to be 82 range. when i was just melee pure, it gets very repetitive. use this weekend, do some range guilding

 

Get 99 range and k0 those noobs out there

Ever think about getting a Gravite weapon?

 

I wouldn't recommend getting gravite on a pk pure.
Even if you have 25+ prayer it's really easy to lose it.

But yeah for duelling it's worth it.

 

If you're botting range just use a sling. Slower xp at first but once you get into 20+ it's kinda accurate. Bonus of having no ammo to spend money on or anything. Slower than arrows, but if you're botting it doesn't really matter. 50 or 60+ and I would start using arrows, though.
