F2P Str Pure. HELP?

Hey guys,
Just need some help on what to wear and what other levels to raise.
I am currently F2P with 75 strength, 40 attack, 1 defence and 63 hitpoints.

I am also currently wearing full iron, rune scimmy and a team cape.
Anything else to change/wear?
Should I raise any other skills or keep it at 40 att and keep raising str?

The reason I am asking these nooby questions is because I was never really into pking and I pked before I quit (2 years ago) and recently started RuneScape (2 months ago) and just now got back into pking.

If you got 40 ranged green d'hide chaps offer better defensive bonus than iron platelegs do. Once you get to around 70 combat get to 31 prayer, and... Getting 85 magic isn't necessary, but is a huge bonus if you like to multi pk. I use to exclusively pk in f2p, but once I got venge and a Korasi on my main...

 

So your suggesting I turn it into a bridder?

 

Not necessarily. The 85 magic was just for teleblock. You'd still be using primarily melee, but you'd have a greater success rate. The 40 range is just to increase your defensive bonus as much as possible. If you wanted to become a bridder then at your current level get around 80 ranged and 85 magic.

 

Make that 87 ranged to be specific.

I recommend you getting ranged to at least 70, since it won't give you any combat at all. The only combat you'll gain will be due to HP.

Like they said keep 40 attack I perfer 1 prayer for f2p because its a hastle to keep prayingdefidently get to at least 40 range, at a higher level i suggest 90+ range for protect prays 85 mage if you have cash,

 

leather gloves/boots? they give a really small bonus.

 

Just get strength up, no need for the extra combat levels attack will give.

If you really want to own, get 85+ range and range people with Maple short + adamant arrows and then switch to Gravite 2h, it kills

 

^ was about to suggest that. Get a bot and bot dungeoneering for a week or so and get a gravite 2h.

 

yah get g2h(u need 45 atk)and 31 prayer for protect item and ultimate str and 85 range(and no nt to brid just so u can mix it up abit so sometimes pk with mple short and addy arrows and someitmes with rune sword(rune sword if ur gonna be using g2h easier to switch)

 

Get your ranged up and then wear green d chaps instead of iron legs.
Also, use iron worn-out gauntlets.

 

I now have 40 ranged. So whats the method I should use while PKing?

 

Forget pray. Never get pray.

Basically you want to get str as high as you can then If you find you want range get that, I'm 85 magic and 90 range with 1 def and pray with some awful melees and I love it.

It's pretty good. PKed a few. But also died a few. The problem is I cbf walking back from lumbridge to edgy/varrock. Are tele tabs non-mems too?
