Transferring Tactics?

Hi, new member to these forums, but a long-time lurker.

Just curious if anyone knows of a good fast way to transfer items in F2P worlds from my main? I have around 3.5m I want to transfer to my level 3 to make a 10hp 99 Range/Mage pure soon, so any advice is appreciated. I know the popular way a few months ago was 'Rune Plates' in the Falador Party Room, but those are now 52,000+ GP, and can not be dropped in the Party Room without getting like a 30 second delay, in which people flood in.

So, does anyone have any ideas? :nuts:

Oh, and if you can't see my name, it's because you don't have the Korean language pack installed. It says 'Magician' in Korean.

Well it's just to start off, just wanted some money to start my pure.

Rune chains? Hmm... Do they appears around the same area as the Rune Plates in the Party Room? Confirmation anyone?

 

Or you can just train up the range pure to med/low crater bh it..

F2P Level 3... Can't do any members items.

As for the suggestion to train up the pure and BH it, it's nearly impossible to train Range in F2P without a Cannon.

Confirmation anyone on if the Rune Chains drop in the same area as the Plates in Party Room?

 

you do realize, it took someone over a MILLION cannonballs to get to 94 range?

Theres a good estimate on how much money you need, which is WAY over 100m.

yea rune chains will work.

and u cannot train range without hp in non members anyway.
