Training PK stats..

Just got membership, I got to 31 attack, 50 str on F2P.
Now wondering where I should train a 1def pure on members.

rock crabs, experiments are best but u will get 13 prayer when u do that quest to acces. ;]

 

You don't need to finish the quest, you can get in at 11 pray from priest in peril.

 

Or you can mass train agility and slide through gate right? im not sure but i remember seeing something about it.

Flesh clawers in a mems world. I'm sure it'll be better than crabs. If not, my bad.

 

flesh crawlers if u need some start up cash+xp. THen go to Rock crabs and SW

 

Stay at 1 prayer/defence, especially defence. Wait until 60-70+ cb to get prayer. All it will do is raise you 4-6 cb levels. And you can do fine without it.

I'd say chaos druids/thugs coz current herb prices, make a mil a day or so easily there.
