Defence training Help please.

Hello, I am training my summoning tank Current combat stats are:
5 attack, 5 str, 69 defence 40 summoning. I'v been using Bronze minatour at rock crabs and training defence. Is this faster than soul wars? or should i be doing soul wars please help

 

I'd have to say that soul wars is probably the faster way to go. Wih 5 atk/str I don't see you getting much xp/hour. Why not try testing them both? Do an hour of each, see what the outcome is.

 

Well, I use ring of recoil, Poisoned steel dagger, and bronze minatour but yeah i guess ill try thatpit

 

Soul wars should be faster but you won't get as much hp xp.

 

I agree, soulwars is good but your hp level would be extremely low.

Yeah, but I Only want it to be 70 atm then im taking a break from it one level wouldnt be that much less hp.
