---Runescape Market Checker v2.0 by me!--

This is an official release of my market checker v2.0

the last 2 days i been hard at work at re doing the entire system, and i got to say this has been one my most enjoyable programs i ever writen...

ChangeLog
-Redid entire source code
-the program now gathers prices from the grand exchange
-"live" prices
-every tradable item
-added 7 day and 30 charts
-added price changes
-added min , market, and max prices
-many more little fixes

Note
-you must still write in the full item name
-there are some items that show wrong info
ex. items that have similar names like: cape
-you will need good internet for the program to work correctly.
ex. dialup will take to long to search the grand exchange
-the charts look messed up but thats because jagex updated system and
there is no 7 day, and the 30 day looks wierd.
-if you think its a virus u can scan with

This has great potential, but it's still not working at all on my PC. I'd love to see this working, it would be a great investing tool.

What type of algorithm did you use to extract the data? If you get it working cross-platform, I'll put a link to it on my Ultimate Grand Exchange Investing Guide thread/guide.

 

Not bad for people who aren't learned in the ways of stock marketing and investing in any aspect of life (game or otherwise).

 

what operating system you use? i made this on windows xp so im guees thats the "default" os

 

I'm running Windows XP; and I've got DSL internet so I don't think speed is the issue.

Or you could just, I don't know, go to runescape.com and look at the G.E.? What's the point, if anything this would take longer to search an item, simply have another tab open with the G.E., this program serves no point.
