You are responsible for paying him the money that he lost if you can't recover the account, or else you will get banned.

 

You mean the money he paid for the account? think he also had something transfered to it. Would I be resposible for that aswell?

However, as you noticed in my first post he has gotn a bether account to use atm untill i can get the one he bought back.

 

You will have to pay him back everything he lost otherwise you will be banned. Try very hard to contact the original owner and sort this out.

 

all depends on buyer, I think it's ok, because you're letting him use even better acc.
