WTB Skilling Account

I'm looking to buy a good, cheap skilling account (not interested in pures at the moment).

I'm wanting to spend about $50, but my price will vary based on the account. If you have an account you're looking to sell, leave a screenshot of the character's stats, black marks, bank, etc, and how much you're looking to get.

Combat stats don't matter; I'm interested solely in the account's skilling ability. Accounts with high runecrafting will be given higher priority.
