LuckyCharm scammed in questing service

Hello,

I purchased questing service from Lucky Charm user.

While his worker "Frotzar" was working my account he got defence level from 1 to 3 on my account without purpose and ruined my 1 defence pure.

I never accepted Luckycharm discord TOS legally. So this is scam.

My claim is to give user "LuckyCharm" Trade with caution until he kick out his worker "Frotzar" or refund total 500m ive used to my account for me. He also can keep that trash account after refund.

In this screenshot Luckycharm discord asks me to read his TOS but doesn't require me to read them or accept them. So i can make an purchase without reading TOS at all.

Firstly we are very sorry for the defence levels gained, this is the first time that a situation like this happend to us.

To prove that you in fact did accept the terms of service you can see the picture here, you pressed that mail icon when opening a questing ticket.

Line 14 is applicable here. We are very sorry but at the end of the day you decided to order a service from a serviceprovider and eventually took the risk that something could have happend to your account.

I wanted to work with you, but you decided to spit at my worker and call us a "scam" so my respect kind of ended there.

@tonil92 & @Lucky Charm please provide full chat logs of the ticket in question.

As it stands looking at the evidence, nowhere do I see @tonil92 agreeing to your ToS within the ticket itself. In A Guide to Terms of Service (ToS) , it states

"You may also reference that a customer making a ticket agrees to your ToS by making a ticket, but this must be referenced within the channel that has the button to create a ticket."

You have this said before a user creates a ticket as displayed by you both. But inside the ticket, all I see is "Please read our ToS before ordering our service." This is not agreement to your ToS in accordance with Sythe rules.

So please, post full chat logs of this transaction inside the ticket, and then we will go from there. Thanks.


Edit: This is currently being discussed by staff. The rule referenced above does not require someone to agree with their ToS within the ticket, so long as its stated in the channel that has the button to create a ticket. Which @Lucky Charm does currently have. Please be patient, thank you

Sorry if i misunderstand but i have read the whole terms of service Sythe report before having the terms of service put where it is. Isnt that exactly what we are doing here?

This is exactly what we are doing, which can be seen below.
This line does not say that you need to put the terms of service within the created ticket but in the channel that has the button to create a ticket. Which is the questing channel, and the terms of service are referenced there.



However please correct me if i am wrong, but then i think this line in the terms of service of Sythe rules needs changing

@Devil Can you post decision what happens next after you have discussed with staff.

 

I'm not holding Lucky responsible here as @tonil92 did agree to the TOS. Please ensure you actually read the terms before accepting them to avoid situations such as this report.

However, @Lucky Charm you've had multiple service reports regarding your workers so I'm going to be TWC'ing you again. You need to either pick a better quality group of workers or do a better job at overseeing your service operation. It is not acceptable to just throw all responsibility out with your TOS when your workers are actively making mistakes on their accounts. Should this issue arise again in the future, we will most likely overrule your TOS for continuous abuse of it, fair warning.
