Jagex not answering my appeal..

Alright so about 14 hours ago I submitted an appeal for my old pure account, after about 4 hours of waiting I submitted another one and made sure 100% everything was correct aswell as reply e-mail - Still 14 hours later and no e-mail weather my account was accepted or not. Anyone else experience this today? No appeal response?

 

Just wait it out, they are lazy.

 

Usually takes an average of 24 hours to have an appeal answered. But I think their emails are messed up at the moment. I tried to change the password to one of my accounts and the request emails never came through after an hour of waiting =L

If it is a lock appeal it may take three days.

 

It happend to me that I had to wait 5 days untill they got back at me and gave back my account. Be patient.

 

they barely look at appeals my friend

 

they dont actually read those, contact directly through reddit or twitter or something

 

Usually within my experience of account recoveries. They have an automated system that will decline the report if most of the information is incorrect. So usually if you haven't heard back within 12-24 hours, usually it will get accepted. If not, you should receive an email back within 15 minutes after reporting it and it will say that it has been declined.
