I'm afraid sectional moderators like me can only temporarily ban users. Global moderators later permanently ban them if they've commited a permanent-ban level offense.

Sadly he didn't, but maybe you should implement additional security instead of temp banning, in which they can say I got banned for spamming, instead of a TWC or Ban.

Your lack of security is what caused this to happen, not my stupidity.
