Can anyone help???

Im looking every where and i see all these supposedly good servers but i download them and try to run them but then errors happen. So what i guess im asking is if someone could help me find a good server to go off of and help me make it in to a workable server that i could tweak. Plz if anyone could help i would be very appriceative. Ty

 

I think you need a java update broseph.
