Briefly explain the trade: He agreed to buy my account for 20M, through a 50/50 trade. He paid 10M, then I gave him the account so he could register his e-mail and change his password, then he logged out and scammed me out of the other 10M.

Are you able to show more screen shots of the conversation so I can get a clearer idea of what happened? If you have any pictures of meeting his account in game to receive the gold, please upload those as well.

Also - You should see if you can recover the account back from him, if it was yours originally. Just be aware that if you take the account back, you will have to return the 10M that he DID pay. If you are uncomfortable meeting him in game or dealing with him again, I can do that for you.

 

I can't recover the account, due to the new recovery system, and conveniently I closed out of Msn after the conversation. Didn't have log saving enabled either.



I think you'll find that another user claimed extOrtion123 scammed him as well. I saw it mentioned in this thread

 

Alright. Well I believe this is still enough to warrant a ban, as he clearly goes offline after he receives the final e-mail to change the registered address & the password.

I would suggest setting your MSN to log all conversations from now on. It comes in handy during situations like this
