Scammer/RAT Buyer

Well, here it goes.

He added me, I thought he wanted a runescape script, I was mistaken, he wanted a RAT.

So for a easy 40m, I linked him to a program that works the same as a RAT, but as it states on the main page, is for monitoring your own PC and not anyone else's without their sole permission. (Not linking due to obvious reasons.)
