    Explain Trade: Wanted to buy 50m from me paypal. Claimed he was l2web on PA and his account was suspended in December when trades were conducted in late March. Then stated he had a verified paypal, later to say he cant use pa paypal because his paypal is not verified. Deserves a TWC and IP check to say the least.
