    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: User reported me for recovering an account (didn't), I was told to refund to the community repayment at the time due to users blackhat offsite behaviour but I didn't have the funds. It's been over 5 years, I'd like to clear my debts.

    As far as I can remember, Yawpton is the only account I had before this one, and it was banned because somebody else was using it not me. There has been no accounts since this one.
