    First of all, I apologise if this is messy formatting, I will do my best to edit it if I notice any errors. I first documented this last month and was going to further investigate, but have not been able to dedicate much more time.     In conclusion. I am happy to be corrected, but it seems some users are forming a syndicate to have a greater advantage in the market. I believe these users work together on a level that transcends merely hiring a few of the same workers. Their topics are bumped throughout the day, and there have been times it looks like they have tried to cover their tracks by using alts in each other's discords.

    Some of the users mentioned here have willingly employed a user with a DNT status (https://www.sythe.org/threads/migue...ming-requesting-removal-of-dnt/#post-93974387) in clear violation of sythe rules and a total disregard for the historic victims. This reason alone is why I have decided to go ahead and post the evidence I have so far. As a member of the community for a decade, it is immoral and disappointing that many service owners these days hire DNT users and do not uphold the same level of professionalism that I experienced in my first few years on sythe.

    Weso and i Lynix are my IRL friends, I’ve known them for over 10 years. It’s not an issue for them to have the trainer role in my server since they handle all the high-end orders

    Icaro has been working with me for over a year without any problems

    Sorry for the delay here.

    As it stands, there is no rule against users owning a business while working for another. There was a suggestion to change this here, but it was ultimately denied.

    I could not find any additional evidence to suggest that the relationship between the users mentioned in this report go beyond worker/employee. None of these users are ranked above worker/trainers in each other's servers, nor is there any obvious connections suggesting any of them are the same person.


    There is a section specific rule in the gold trading section that states workers are allowed to have their own threads, but they may not bump their threads while on duty for another user. I'm going to advise all parties involved here to review their threads and shifts to ensure this rule is not being violated. With the above in mind and the fact that there is no evidence of any violations here, I'm going to close this report.
