paying whoever can create the best album cover [contest ends march 25th 50$ prize]

so you heard right, I decided to hold a contest to see who can create the best cover album here is how it works.

My band is working on a new album we only need to finish up 2 more songs I usually do our cover art myself but have been far too busy to draw up anything appealing so I decided I'd give you guys a shot.

- you have until the 25th of this month to come up with something.
EDIT: NEW DATE IS April 2nd.

- you will get the 50$ only if I choose to use your work and you can\will be credited for your work unless it is unwanted.

- as a token of good faith regardless if I choose your work for the actual cover I'll give the person whom I like the most 25$ guaranteed.

-payment methods: Currently I can do paypal, mail, or can buy game gold from a trusted member on sythe for the = amount .

-Band name is: crowe

-album name is: War songs

-type of music: definitely hard rock\metal influenced but we switch up genres mid song often to give a unique feel to our music. by this I mean it may start off rock then while still having the rock sound toss in some funk or techno sounding beats\riffs inspired by the jrock band Gazette

 

Can you post the covers of your other albums, or maybe some covers that you like from other bands? It can help a lot to get the concept you're looking for.

I'll be waiting for you to post some of your music so that I can have a feel on what your style is, and will definitely give it a try.

just your typical size to fit in a cd case, I believe they are 11.7cmx11.7cm I can find out for sure when I am at home

and to the person wanting our old album works I can do this as well when I get home which will be in about 4-5 hours from this post. I took a little while to get ahold of you guys so I may also extend the due date an extra week or so.

EDit: Can't get my scanner to work gonna keep trying and will ask around to see if anyone I know might have one I can use tomorrow incase I can't though, I'll at least describe them 2 you.

our first album we did we named " a cure for the sanity"
the imaging we chose was of a crow close up with a realistic drawn human eyeball just starting to gush in its mouth and the nerves etc. dropping down in the back.

our other options that didnt make it were a photoshoped image of a creepy "insane asylum" that has been abandon for years near where I live we snuck in had a few ppl create us a realistic straight jacket and tried positioning it in multiple places empty in the door way and took a down the hall shot to make it look like they had escaped but scraped the idea because none of the images were liked enough.

and our other option was of a close up of a crow holding a stick of tnt and in the back ground shadowy figures of lots of birds going toward a large city each carrying a stick of tnt we liked this idea the best but it just looked too cluttered when sized down.
