We seen them, hear about them, and own them.

Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, and all sorts of luxury brand name.

For belts, I don't think I'll ever spend hundreds of dollar on a belt if my shirt is always covering my belt.

For wallets, If I were to buy an expensive wallet, should I keep a chain around it so I can't lose it? I think that it would attract pick picketers who can simply snatch the chain and run off with my wallet before I could chase them. I was thinking of leaving my wallet in my front pockets but that would be extremely uncomfortable and may cause some serious damage to my wallet.

Not sure what I should go for though...

chained wallet or chain-less wallet and simply keeping it in my front pockets. I don't even wear skinny jeans anymore... I could however invest small chain about 2-3 inches long, just like those coin pouch. It might be a pain in the ass for every time I want to look into my wallet but at least nobody will see the chain.

my wallet was £20 from River island, it looks decent & it does the job.
It isn't something what people see often, so whats the point in spending a fortune on one?

Don't wear a chain lol, I barely keep my wallet in my jeans anyway I find it uncomfortable it's usually in my jacket front pocket because it's easy to reach and when using the train or w/e I have to take out my card to touch on the beeper thing anyway

Well the thing about having a chain is that your wallet is kept securely. Maybe I should ask the tailor to install a money clip and I can just clip it to my back pocket. =@

But anyways, this wallet I'm buying is seriously going to last a lifetime. Same goes with my uncle's wallet he had over 50+ years!

I've had the exact same like $30-40 leather wallet for the last 4 years and it still looks almost brand new(and I keep it in my front pocket, more comfortable than sitting on it all day).

I think you're just plain stupid if you spend more than $50 on a wallet unless it's gator or something.

No need to have a designer wallet if you have nothing in there haha.

Keeping your wallet in your back pocket throws your spine out of alignment.

If you're worried about getting pick pocketed then either put your wallet in horizontally instead of vertically, wear a chain, or pants with zippers/buttons on the pockets. First method is easier/less goofy looking and very effective.

I also never saw the point in having expensive wallets. People rarely see them. Unless you're rolling in money (multi-millionaire+) or have a suit and tie job, I wouldn't invest in one.

Edit: I'm simply a student and have a 20 dollar wallet that I've had for at least 5 years. Still in mint shape. If anyone were to rob/mug me or steal my wallet they would be sorely disappointed. The only things in my wallet are credit cards, drivers license, and $5 in ones. I usually don't carry any cash at all. The only reason I have $5 in ones is because a friend gave it to me. I pay off all of my cards on time and never spend what I know I don't have. The only time I use cash is when I go to buy drugs.

As long as my jeans don't fall down I don't give a fuck as long as it's strong and durable.
