Scammed of an IF Messi on Ultimate Team, worth 100 pounds

Stock Retail.

After showing me a lot of proof and his ebay feedback, I sent him my IF messi, worth around 90 pounds. He then blocked me on skype, and didn't send me my money via paypal.

What can I do?



I am completely devastated.

How do I post a picture?

 

There is a button called Insert Image, on the post window.

Alternatively, you can put the image URL inbetween tags like so:
