Need help keeping a good mind set staking

So recently i have gotten into the bad habbit known as "staking", this started about a week ago when i beat taco limey for a 10m stake then i went from there. within 4 days i went from 700m cash to about 4b cash and got cleaned, 2 days ago my friend basically "donated" me 200m which i built up to 700m then got tired/gullible again and got cleaned (yet again).

What i want to know is if any1 has any advice for stopping staking so stupidly, about trying to be cleaver about it and just any advice at all which will help me maintain a "healthy staking lifestyle" as i do not plan on quitting staking so easily.

 

Just try avoiding it. If you really have a hard time not staking, Only stake 5% of your bank. If you lose that walk away. It's all in your head. You can quit if you really want to.

 

Find someone you trust to hold onto your cash. Your always going to be tempted to stake more, its kind of a cunt like that. Also you could try buying items but this can also result in you trying to sell quick and lose more.

 

I have tried that, today as i said i built up 200m to 700m i was set, but for some reason i went back to make money for god knows what, left with about 20m of my 700m... maybe i should sell my elysian before staking it and doing 100 or 200m :L

 

I'd just set a target, of 200m a week from staking. In say 30m stakes, once you hit that target, leave straight away, and trade the gold to a trusted friend.
Start with a new 50m each week and work up, should you get cleaned, just forgot about it till the next week.
