Need some help.

I just ordered $500 worth of shit from a website through Google checkout. I never got the shit, and he refused a refund. I called my bank (bbt) and told them what happened. They told me they will send me something in the mail to sign and return in 10 days. Usually some shit like this happens, they'll post credit on my account. I need books for summer classes starting (2 weeks), and cannot be horsing around. What would be my best bet to anyone who dealt with this..
