Joshsmith scammed me for 12.75m OSRS gp.

Explanation of the trade:I replied to a OSRS gp buying thread by Joshsmith and quickly added him on skype. He wanted 15m then negotiated a lower price from 1.20, then explained that he only had 15$ in his Paypal and wanted 12.75m for his 15$. I met him at lumby church and hastily paid him the money first.

How they scammed: I offered 15m OSRS for sale and he lied and said he only had enough money in his PayPal for 12.75m. I went first and traded 12.75m, then asked for a PayPal payment. This was a very risky trade to begin and I probably deserved to be scammed by my recklessness trying to rush the sale. I learned a lesson from this guy about this site. Please help out this community and terminate his account. He violated the agreement when he said he would not scam, and he responded to my post on his buying thread with a lie, saying I wasted time and did not give him money. I'm expending my time late at night to pull together all the proof I can to properly report this scammer. I'm not upset about a small amount of OSRS gp, but I do want to protect other players so this does not happen to them.

Sythe PM picture: I made a mistake and rushed this sale, since all my other sales have been very smooth. I did not pm, and obviously he is taking advantage of the fact I rushed the trade.
