Any way to get an account that has RWT unbanned?

If so I would pay like 15$ or more.

 

There are ways to get all perm banned accounts unbanned, whether they have last appeal or not. And you can do it yourself, allthough it is not 100% garauntee'd.

First of all recover your account under (stolen password) 3 times. over a period of 48 hours would be fine.
Once done, Jagex will lock your account. You will then get a chance to appeal your locked account. Supply all the details and in the comments box at the bottom use the best wording possible to try and get them to take black marks off.
Think of it as another last chance.

 

Problem with that is that my account has been banned since july of 07'.

 

There is free guides else were, bu i'm srue your guides work equally as well.
