User had a debt with me of $1054.70 that began the first of April 2020. He was unable to pay because he had no money and asked me to lend it off me at a 4% monthly interest rate. 19 months have passed, and he is now refusing to pay.

Including interest, he now owes me $1054.70*1.04^19=$2222.



He's telling me he doesn't owe me anything, but won't show me any proof of payment being settled. And instead of fixing it with me, he's telling me to make a sythe report. I hate to waste mods time, but Crazypipe isn't cooperating at all

hey im not refusing to pay out lol, we just settled all of our debts with searchy, my sales staff handled everything. I have no idea what this 1048 2 years ago is, if he can show proof of sending it or something i will be happy to pay it out

 

also can u let me know why for 2 years u didnt mention anything about it, and talk about only one debt and all of the sudden i owe u 2k, heres all the skype chats we've had for debt: discord chat concides with skype chat as of april 2021

We have two separate tabs, we have the loan and we have a tab for gold sales.

I didn't need the initial 1k payment back because why would I? You were paying me 4% monthly interest. It's your responsibility to pay off the debt if you no longer want to pay interest

 

Like I said, that's a completely different tab. That's a tab for gold that we gave many months ago. (Yes, it took them multiple months to pay us back for gold that was sold) That alone deserves a TWC lol

 

here are all the debts weve had with searchy, from latest to oldest since april

i can show 18 months worth of skype chat logs of the same debt being paid


july 13th he confirmed 41.35$ owed, and today he confirmed 41.35$ owed (july was 4 months ago)

 

we dont have debt to a single supplier for months, paid over 4k to pingy, i hold over 400k in crypto and can prove it to mods, the rs business was running at a loss and i wasnt and am not really involved with it, if i deserved a twc for your 40$, okay, u asked me to pay it, and i paid it right away. We always asked to send u paypal but you always said pay in crypto, at the time, the business had no crypto reserves and was working 99% with paypal.

 

i just want to know 2 things, when did u send me money personally, at what year was it, and also why did u not mention that for 18months to a few years? and always confirmed lower debt

 

also i can ask my team to confirm any payment with a big google spreadsheet, might take a bit, every debt payment since last year to searchy, he confirms all of them on skype anyway though

and i have proof he refuses paypal payments to settle debt over 50 times in this time

can u tell me what was this money for, when did u send it etc and in what year, why did u confirm a different debt amount for the next 1-2 years, including today and 4 months ago. Also can u tell me the exact debt that happened between 2020 january where i owed u 1k and now

i cant find it lol, searched until 2020, what was the debt after 2020, and why did we send all these payments to you after that then? and why do you confirm another debt multiple times? why did you not mention anything for years

also we bought 10-20b off u in the last few weeks without issues and paid in full, paid in cash, didnt mention anything, the only thing u mention is the 40$

 

I don't see how that's relevant? Please stop mentioning stuff that's completely irrelevant to you owing me a loan.

We sold you gold in April 2021 (and before), but due to you having no liquidity it took almost 6 months before you paid us for that. This is completely separate from what I'm reporting you for. You would occasionally send some paypal payments for us to our customers, that's why there was such an awkward amount left.

Everything is in our chat logs, so please stop acting extremely sketchy and actually take a look

 

last debt u confirmed before this was in april 2021 which coincides with all the other payments resulting in 0 debt after, i can have screenshot proof sent for all the debt from then to now to confirm that

 

next payment we did was 136$ on april 23
637.1$ left

then 63.75, 573.35 left (june 7th)

then a 199$ payment and 374.35$ left (june 20th)

then a payment on july 13th for 335$( u said its 334 cause of fees)

41$ left

and today we sent 41.35$

u confirmed this multiple times, u confirmed this debt in april this year and the 40$ in july and today, if u have any proof of something else, please attach it, i asked my workers to collect all the payments with dates since april this year (since your last 2 confirmations)
i told u before, any payment i have with u, will be settled, but i cant send u money i dont owe u
