Yes it is broken, its been broken for a while because Merchant In the Dark (MITD) hasn't been around to pay for the site. In the meantime, we just use this thread to discuss items to invest in

Any good items happening? All barrows armour is on the rise, and dragon hatchets don't seem to be stopping any time soon. Although, i expect a crash in a month or two when JaGeX Rectifies the problem.

im holding 500 obby shields as well. haven't updated in a while.

 

I've still got my obby sheilds also, waiting for them to bounce up for a hefty profit.

I'm also thinking about selling my BGS soon, any thoughts?

 

If you happen to have any whips, dragon hatchets, Gs's or barrows armour, now is the time to sell them. They are going to drop in price after this update. No idea how much, but it is a definate drop in price.

Guys, I'd be very careful if you are thinking about panic selling your gear. The 76k trick has not been fixed at all. I predict a brief drop in prices, but they will stabilize or even rise above what they were 2 days ago. I, personally, am going to buy up gwd gear here in the next few days once the panic settles because I know the prices will go back up again as they always do. I would be concerned if Jagex actually fixed tricking, but they have not.

And yes they haven't fixed it but altered it so there will still be less money in the community.

 

Im keeping around 400m cash onhand to merchant with once everything crashes, we will have a bounce back but it will be hard to predict when

 

IMO items will still crash a bit constantly because skills such as Prayer, Magic, Construction and such drains the player's money into a sink and gives nothing back except the skillcape.

Now that less money will be brought into the game with the 76k trick, since it's way more difficult and easier to scam (so less people will do it), I'm pretty sure price won't go up for some time.

 

Divine, I'm also holding money for when the dropping stops and the items start to bounce up a little. Still holding onto the Obby shields
