ExcessiveSmurfs.com scam/not upholding promised warranty.

I bought a premium smurf LoL account from ExcessiveSmurfs.com about a week ago and everything was fine until yesterday when I went to login and I got the message "invalid username/password" despite the login working the day before.

When I contacted the customer service representative on skype, he refused to give me a new account and called me "retarded", told me to "kill myself" and called me "inbred".
