Thinking about GFX. May someone tutor me?

I'm thinking about getting in to GFX but I have no idea where to start. I see people making signatures, posters, avatars and other cool things and it is expiring in a way.

I have photoshop CS4, brush sets, renders, text, etc. May someone please help me get started on as beginners level?

Also is it hard to get into GFX? I really want to do this and create great artwork :laugh:

I'm glad you want to get into GFX. Since you already have Photoshop CS4, and some brushes and stuff, you can go try to follow a tutorial.

It's actually fun and easy. Well, I shouldn't say easy, but if you be creative, it can be an awesome hobby. One thing, though. You might hear this a lot, but try to get a different result then the one in the tutorial. Be creative; try tools and things you don't know how to use and just experiment. You can become a great GFX artist by experimenting. Don't be afraid to post something that isn't good in the GFX showcase, because people will give you honest constructive criticism which will help you make better things.
