    Explanation of the trade: There was no trade, if it is proven that this actually is him then no harm is done and I apologise for posting this for no reason. I feel however that setting the limit with me going first when earlier he called my rate shit is a bit sketchy. I noticed that Excelont had been hacked kind of recently so I figured I would post this incase this is happening again.

    I've went ahead and checked IPs and no irregularities were detected. If you have any additional information feel free to make another report but to answer your concerns, he has all the rights in the world to proceed the way he did.
