Way bypass 8e6 RC3000 filter?

Ok, my parents have just put on this filter and it works on all the internet connections in my house. Basically, I want to know a way to bypass the filter (without having to move somewhere to pick up someone else's connection). Also, proxies won't work. And, I've tried several other things with no luck. Does anyone have a sure-fire way to get past it?
