• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: So what happened was on the 27th of September 27/09/19, i posted a tweet which for me personally was quite literally to see if jagex would announce when the ban wave (Which i knew was happening), which included the portfowarding method for obtaining Infernal capes, i knew this was going to happen due information being fed out from jagex to close friends which slowly spread to a select few of people in the inferno/pvm scene. , here is proving that. ccproxy essentially means the portfowarding method. This was at the time of the tweet showing i was curious as to when the wave was happening as i had kept being told various dates, and those dates would pass with no wave (this was as i did that tweet) which backs up the point that i wasn't doing it for malicious intent, rather to figure out when it was happening. Also as a cape seller i understand that sending tip offs/tweeting will likely have 0 affect on jagex's decision as to whether or not a cape will be removed, as when they ban the only thing they check for is ip changes (as far as we know) untill recently they started checking mac addresses or something along those lines.
• I feel i should explain why i carried on to say the 2nd part of the tweet about mentioning 'portfowarding and you should look into it etc', I felt this may incline them to give us a response on 1) when the ban wave was potentially happening. 2) in that tweet they would likely answer my point about if the portfowarding method would be covered because it wasn't 100% that it was happening it was just a good chance that it was happening from what people said. So it was more or less a play on words to hopefully incline jagex to actually respond, and 2ndly give a detailed answer about it.
• I Fully understand how video could see this as me being maliciously trying to get people banned i guess for my own benefit. However i can assure you that was not my intention, when dealing with customers i make sure i do everything i can to ensure they keep their capes, even such as declining capes when they have recently moved house within the month or so. i have only ever offered the remote method because i have always felt the portfoward method was a cheap skate method of doing it which could potentially get the people i cape banned. Therefore i have always stuck to the much more annoying/harder method of getting my customers capes.
• Here is various other screenshots which are from the select people who knew about this, however dated after the tweet so they dont back up my point of me knowing it was happening beforehand (which i did), but rather that i knew it was happening. .
