Buy RSGP now or after combat update?

Title^^ =)

I havnt been on alot recently and didnt know if I would be in better shape if I waited until after the update to buy RSGP or go ahead and buy it now..

 

Who knows? I wouldnt expect much fluctuation in M/$. minimum at most. The main thing im concerned with is the fluctuation in weapon prices; from what i understand claws are going to be useless as well as GS so they will come crashing down

 

They will not be be useless (the godswords stats are supposed to be comparable to chaotic maul with a little less str bonus), just different as they arent dependent on their specs and will no longer be bought solely for them. and according to rune wiki 2h's dps are supposed to be compensated alot to hang with the duel wielded stuff
As to whether or not to buy gp i was also faced with the issue, alot of people are saying they will quit (but people say that every update) but if many do the demand for gp will go down and the market will be flooded by people selling at low rates due to them quitting. On the other hand the update could make the demand go way upp considering they are reworking stats on so many weapons and what not and people may wanna stock up after its all said and done. My suggestion/what i did was by around half of what i initially wanted/needed and plan to just wait it out on the rest :\ i guess we will see

 

Exactly, claws will be useless without spec. I think im ganna go ahead and get the rsgp now rather then wait. Like you said it shouldnt drop too too bad but I feel like it will a little.

Edit: Also keep in mind the new armor coming out...ex. bandos shield.

 

GOOD POINT, i may buy some more rsgp for when that stuff goes on ge as i expect everyone to want the new shit just like with any new update.. possibly another factor in the rsgp prices possibly going up.
