Negative balance preventing me from logging in

The last time I bought membership for Runescape was the start of this year, and I paid by Ultimategamer card(s), so I don't see how I have negative balance.

I've Googled this problem, but all the questions were posted on the RS forums and were deleted topics.

Any help?

 

Did jagex say which month it happened? I believe even if it was several months ago, it could still be reversed.

 

I checked my emails and the message bank and there is no trace of them even contacting me about it.

I haven't been on the account since around Febuary, so it's been a while.

 

If I remember correctly, a while ago if you were caught RWTing or Botting and you were banned you could buy your account back to play on. I don't know if that's a possible reason, but you could look into it.

 

I doubt it cause I've never done any RWTing and botting on the account. It's my legit one.

 

im 100% certain that whatever payment you used to pay for membership was reversed--as the same happened to me quite a while ago.


You will need to buy more Runescape Membership Cards to bring the balance to neutral, or else your account will remain locked permanently.

 

Hmm might have overcharged you, email them, or post on the forums possibly.

Yea... the only way is to pay Jagex some money and they will unlock your account with some hefty roll-back on it.

 

This exact same thing happened to me a while back saying "you have negative jcoin balance" what happened in this case was i had bought a upgrade a few months before off of these forums... the kids mom disputed payment via sms and i got fucked over.. these types of charges can apparently be disputed long after the fact. To get your account back you will need to get a 20 runescape card redeem it and pay those stupid "jcoins". Dont bother trying to reason with jagex either .. It sounds like this is what happened to you.. GL getting your account unfrozen

 

just buy a 3month card and upgrade

I emailed Jagex, and the guy said a phone company reversed a payment for whatever reason, and now I need to buy Jcoins to unlock it.

How long do I have until the account is frozen permanently? I don't have time to unfreeze it this month, so I might need to wait.

You might have to buy rs membership to get your account back up and running. i would stay away from buying membership from here as what previous people have mentioned about sms text msging was disputed and effected your account.

Dosent frozen for good....but i recommend u buy j coins fast and how much u owe them 1month membership? Try buying UGC u can also pay with that
