This weird or what ?

Ok so today I try to log into my runescape account and it says my password has been changed and so is my email, I am the original owner and I have no idea how my email was changed like jagex hasn't even sent me anything on my email stating that it is supposed to change ? I tried this on my other account and It says we will send you an email to your current email address and I never got one to my account, is this weird or has this happened to any of you guys.

 

Chances are you clicked a keylogger or something, a lot going around at the moment. you should still be able to recover though.

 

It's best to e-mail player support and tell them about what has happened, then take it from there. Expect a response in about 1-3hours though, depending on how busy they are.

 

Sounds as if your account was jacked my friend - Send a recovery form!

 

Sometimes, it's takes a while before the email goes to your MSN so just wait it out. I've had many people come to me regarding this and it always came through a few minutes later.

 

Definitely hijacked. I would get on the phone with Jagex ASAP and discuss the situation. Don't wait for the email to go through. Get it done on the phone.
