Requesting a High Pardon

So, here is my story.

I joined Sythe about 2 years ago as the username GoldenGates. I was a legit member, had around 10 vouches, 400+ post count(none were spam) and an old join date.

One day I decided I need some money, so I decided I should open up my own membership shop.

I open it up 3 days later, using unverified Paypal, my way of getting membership was from the user Discovery Ch., he would sell them cheap, and I would sell that $0.50 more.
After the first two days, I managed to sell 4, successfully getting 4 legit vouches. But then, my 5th one was a hassle.
Here's how it went:
A person, not sure who (can't check pms) requested me to sell him a pin for $4 and he paid me. So I struck to it fast, I went to Discovery Ch. and payed him $3.50 and left a PM with the user/pass he provided.
The next day I find out the person who gave me $4 changed his password, so Discovery Ch. pms me saying it didn't work, so I pm'd Discovery Ch. the new password the $4 guy gave me. But unfortunately, he wouldn't do it, he said I wasted his time. So I'm like wtf? I give the $4 guy his $4 back. And I chargeback my $3.50 from Discovery Ch., I even told him through msn(this is over 1 year old). But he blocked me.

In the next 3 days I found myself banned for "scamming". I was like wtf? So I disputed my ban, and I forgot all about it. So I decided to make a new Sythe account and start fresh, which I did as Airguys.

After successfully gaining 15+ vouches, over 500posts and 1 year join date, I knew I was doing good. But then I posted my msn which matched GoldenGates' and I was banned for Ban Evading, 1 Year Later! I was quite fed up.

I'd like to apologize for a "fake" dispute, I was desperate, but I knew that this isn't RuneScape, I had to be honest, which I am being right now.

I can provide evidence about the $3.50 that I got back in my unverified Paypal which is locked until I link it to a credit card.

I would like Airguys or GoldenGates to be unbanned, I know it was wrong, but in my opinion, I didn't deserve it. D:
