Scammer: Retnad

So I am DDing $10 and this kid Retnad comes onto my thread and rolls. He then pms me to roll so I head over to my thread and roll and win. I ask him to add my Skype so that he could pay me. He insists that we double or nothing because he doesn't like to pay out little amounts.. after I insist him on paying first before we proceed he gives in. Then he wants a screenshot of my PP balance to make sure I have over $10 so that I would have paid if I lost. After I send him a screenie as proof he refuses to pay calling me a vader and making up some name with a false ip.
