Lost 4700 mark of Grace tokens

Hello this is my first time posting recently, I bought an account off Zora and decided to get a service done through LevelUP#6530. While the service was being done there was items that went missing, the only people who had access to the account was myself and LevelUP#6530. I'm not accusing anyone of scamming however, I have no concrete proof it was him and I'm sorry if I was wrong but I just wanted to let people know just in case.
I have no reason to drop my own items since I had recently just paid $270 USD for the account and $250 USD for a questcape of 3 payments of $100, $50, $100 which was an agreement that was made at the start of the service. I have nothing to gain from discarding the items, I would just like a solution for loosing a significant amount of Grace tokens. Probably will never see my $100 USD that I paid.

I have never been involved in this kind of situation before. I am willing to continue with the training, but a refund is not contemplated.

The only solution I can offer you is: If you are willing to do a second part of the training, reduce the total payment ($50 of the second part) by 50% of the 50M withdrawn (25M). Why 50% (?) Because it is half of my responsibility. I am taking his word that he and I are the only people with access to his account.

 

Removing wealth was not mentioned and the account was Iron man. There was no discussion regarding who is responsible for lost of wealth.

 

Yes, I was the one who did the training.
I would also like to clarify that I showed him his wealths at the beginning of the training (Day#1) and also notified him of the absence of the grace marks because I thought that for some reason he had extracted them himself. (Day#2)

 

He knows that I have been a clear person with him and that we have privately sought possible solutions to this situation. My priority right now is to fix it.
