What happened:

I bought a maxed main from raze45, but he told me if i waited a week he would sell it to me cheaper. Since he was a trusted and respected user, I agreed to the deal. After giving him 205m, I did some research on the guy (i.e. look through his posts) and he seemed really sketchy. He had sold a total of 7+ accounts in the past week or so, opened up a custom account creation shop and he was even selling his mini ranks. So I came to the conclusion that he was preparing a massive scam quit. I told Video (the mod) about this and he instantly banned him because of the 'pre-ordering' account deal raze was offering. He said to tel raze to refund me the 205m to get unbanned. When I talked to raze he told me he needed some time to get the gold back. Over this time, I did some more research on the guy and came to a second conclusion that he wasn't a scammer and I had got him banned for no reason. He sounded pretty upset, and he ended up convincing me of his innocence. I then told Video that I got refunded (even though I hadn't) to save him the hassle and time. Anyways, later on he was banned for being a fraud and this confirmed everything that I initially thought. I told Video about this and I was banned for lying to the mods and letting the scammer get unbanned etc.

Soo to the problem..

I was originally banned for two weeks, but it has turned into a permanent ban. Although I understand I made a mistake, it was without bad intentions. I genuinely believed he was a trustworthy user. I also made massive losses as a result of the scammer, and am in a situation where I am unable to rebuild my loss. I have a business on sythe and this is really hurting my reputation, I would like to request an unban or at least a reduced ban (hopefully 3 days?) to start rebuilding my losses. Also you may blame me that a lot of people got scammed because of me but that is not true, the account he sold me was the 2nd last one he had up for sale. His last one didn't end up selling.

TLDR; A scammer convinced me that he was innocent, so I helped him get unbanned by lying to a Mod. Although I had no bad intentions and genuinely believed the guy was trustworthy.
