Briefly explain the trade: I bought 500m rsgp from euro case through western union, he simply didnt deliver the gold, since then he has only dodged me and offered excuses promising to come through but never does. It has been almost 4 days, and he failed to meet a 12 hour refund deadline that we agreed upon.
How they scammed: Lack of delivery and refund.
