My upgrading service works through upgrades which I receive from my supplier. My supplier wants to upgrade the accounts himself in case of situations where the pins does not work (MM saying upgrade not working when it does, etc). I explained to buyer that the terms are his and not mine. I spoke to my supplier and told him that the MM (Superman) wants to apply the upgrade himself but he was not agreeing to it for the reason stated above. I tried explaining that to the buyer but he quickly accused me of trying to scam. Obviously, he doesn't need to use me and I don't know how this would be considered suspicious activity... my supplier doesn't feel safe (not Sythe user). These are the methods in which my supplier agrees doing

• Buyer gives Username and Password and he upgrades himself
• Buyer teamviews and watches the supplier's screen upgrading the account
• Supplier watches buyer applying upgrade or buyer allowing supplier to control his screen only at part of when entering the upgrade is required

As you can see, I was willing to use the MM and everything. My supplier wanted to use and felt safe using the above methods and didn't feel safe with the MM. I've used this supplier for all my upgrades and still no issues.
