Briefly explain the trade: We agreed to trade 100m in 3 Increments and i went first to give him 22$ on his Paypal. He declined he never recieved the cash and then deleted me from Skype and turned his Privacy on.

How they scammed: Scammed me for 22$ saying he'd sell me 100m in 3 increments.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Heres his topic mentioning his skype address: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1417286 and now in next question i will show you pictures confirming it was not an imposter because we did communicate on his given skype adress.
