Paypal Help

So to verify my paypal I bought a virtual bank account which worked great for some time, I have an online subscription to something for $6.00/month, I forgot that I had it and at the time I only had $4.00 in my paypal. Since paypal saw that I only had $4.00 they tried to withdraw it from my bank account, since its a virtual one, of course its going to fail. But since it failed, paypal decided to remove the bank account from my profile and unverify it. Can someone verify my paypal/ or atleast make it so I can send money. I hope you can do this either for free or when I get money I will pay you.

Maybe someone has a pre-paid credit card just lying around that I can use/
